Donna offers a complimentary audio recording sent by email.

Please be advised that she cannot guarantee the recording. Although she goes through careful procedures to produce a recording for you, there are those (very infrequent) times when nothing, or incomplete/imperfect audio, is captured. If this is a major consideration, the best option is for you to record the reading on your end as well.

Yes. Donna channels information and messages about animals whether living here on earth or having already made their transition to the Other Side.

Yes! Gift Certificates can be purchased through her office for private sessions, in-person workshops, and online classes.

When Donna starts your session, she accesses information very quickly.

The information available to you is limitless, so Donna suggests you consider jotting down some questions before the appointment to ensure you remember all the topics that are your priorities. 

For example, what are the key questions that are most important to you at this time? Do you want information about your life’s work? Your current career? Your personal life? Creating financial abundance? Health? Your children? Parents? Past lives? Departed loved ones? Best place to live? Pets? Building your intuition? Better hearing your inner voice? To best serve you, Donna can recommend additional questions to ask your angels based on her wealth of experience allowing you even greater clarity about the topics of interest to you. 

The angels around you are consistently providing guidance and direction, and Donna can “hear”, “see”, “sense”, and “feel” what they want to share with you. In your session, Donna connects with both the vibration of your soul and your angels because, in tandem, they have a profound impact on the depth of information and clarity available to you.

As an experienced channel, Donna has discovered that connecting with the vibration of your soul and opening a receptivity to your angels is not dependent upon time or space.

Donna can access information and guidance for you without birth dates, photos, personal belongings, or your presence in her office, which makes working with her very simple and convenient!

Donna never withholds any information. Whatever comes through is meant for you at that time. As a channel, she is the pipeline, or conduit, through which your messages flow. In your session, Donna will share everything she "sees", hears”, “senses”, or in any other way intuits.

Donna does not answer questions about fertility or fertility treatments, lottery numbers, the outcome of sporting events, or betting information of any kind for professional gambling purposes.

In addition, Donna no longer works on cases involving missing people or animals, violent crimes, or the suspicion of a crime.

Donna receives information directly from your soul, guardian angels, and departed loved ones...so it doesn't matter if you are face-to-face with her or a world away. This means that no matter where you are she can channel for you.   

There is no additional fee if you choose to have other people listening in.  Donna is not distracted by their presence in any way. Please be advised, however, that only you, her client, have the opportunity to ask questions.

No, typically Donna will have another session scheduled behind yours. If you want more time, you are welcome to book another session on a different date.

Your only limitation in a private session with Donna is the amount of time you booked for the appointment. At the start of each session, Donna always recommends that you begin with the most important questions first. She accesses information very quickly and she makes every effort to answer as many of your questions as possible; but, in the event that you do not get all of your questions addressed, you can book another appointment.

Please note: Donna does not answer any additional questions after a session is completed.

Yes, but if an individual is under 18 an adult family member must also be present during the whole duration of the reading. 

Allow your inner voice to guide you in regard to the timing or frequency of your sessions. 

During times of high stress or challenge, you might want to seek guidance more often. You are the best judge of the timing of your private sessions.

One of Donna’s goals is to help clients develop greater confidence and empowerment through learning to trust in their own intuitive instincts...so while Donna does not recommend a flurry of recurrent appointments, she is here when needed.

During a private session, the timing described is a spiritual “snapshot” of what your angels or departed loved ones forecast based upon all of the dynamics that are taking place in your life at the time of the appointment.

Please note that because the earthly plane is always in patterns of change, any information about time frames presented in a reading is subject to change. Expect shifts to occur.

A shift in timing does not mean that a particular event or specific goal will not eventually occur. 

It's important to remember that a delay is not necessarily a denial from the Universe! 

Donna is happy to reschedule your session at no additional fee if you provide 48-hour notice.

Please be advised that if you miss an appointment without giving notice, your appointment fee is forfeited.

• If you need to reschedule, use the same confirmation link you received when you booked the session.  (Please note that rescheduling must take place 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.)
• Donna must have 48-hour notice to cancel an appointment, or payment will be forfeited.
• If for any reason a client fails to contact Donna at the time of the scheduled session, payment is forfeited, No exceptions.
• If a refund is requested, Donna must have at least 48 hours before a session for her to issue a full refund. (For Monday appointments, refund requests have to be made before 5:00 PM MST on the previous Friday.)
• No refunds.  No exceptions.  Rescheduling is allowed with 48 hours notice.
